Pools start at ₱1,200,000, and a small private resort's outdoor works usually start around ₱3.5 million. Buildings are by the owner's builder.

A private resort sells on photos: the pool at dusk, the waterfall, the garden around the cabana. We design and build all of it together, so the pool, the planting and the lighting read as one place instead of three contractors' work.

What makes a private resort book
- One hero view. Guests book on one photo. We design the pool and the water feature to face the spot where that photo gets taken.
- Privacy. Planted screening along the boundary so neighbours don't see in, and guests don't see out.
- Night. Most private resort use is evening and overnight, so the lighting is designed with the planting, not added after.
- Shade. Mature trees so the day-one photos don't show a bare lot.
By location

Heat and humidity around the pool, and overflow drainage that doesn't flood the planting. We grade the deck and beds so pool overflow runs to a drain, not through the garden.
Batangas beach lots
Salt, wind and sand. Windbreak planting on the exposed side, salt-tolerant species, and a deck and lighting specified for the sea air.
Tagaytay, Silang and Alfonso highland lots
Slopes, fog and cooler nights. The pool position and the drainage are set against the fall of the lot, and the planting is chosen for the cooler climate.

Permits for a resort pool
A pool that paying guests use is treated differently from a pool in a private home.
If paying guests use your pool, your local health office will likely treat it as a public swimming place. That means plans signed by a sanitary engineer before construction, a sanitary permit before you open, and weekly water testing. Confirm with your city or municipal health office, since interpretation varies.
The building permit works the same way as on our pool page. You are the applicant, because the application is notarised and signed by the property owner. We prepare the plans, have them signed and sealed, file on your behalf and follow the application up at the building office.

Common questions
Can you build a private resort from a bare lot?
We build everything outdoors: pool, landscape, water features, lighting and drainage. The buildings go to your builder, and we coordinate with them from day one so levels, drainage and conduits line up.
How long does it take?
The pool alone is 6 to 10 weeks. Landscape and water features add 4 to 8 weeks, and part of that runs in parallel with the pool.
Do I need a special permit for a resort pool?
If paying guests use it, most likely yes: sanitary engineer plans before construction, a sanitary permit before opening, and weekly water testing. Your city or municipal health office has the final word.
