A full design package includes a site analysis report, concept designs, master plan, planting plan with species and quantities, hardscape plan, irrigation plan, and a plant palette with care notes. Select projects also receive 3D visualizations showing how the finished landscape will look.

Most residential landscape designs take 3 to 6 weeks from initial site visit to final documentation. The timeline depends on project complexity, how quickly design decisions are made during the collaborative revision process, and the level of detail required in construction documents.

Design-only means we provide complete plans and you hire a separate contractor to install. Design-build means we handle both design and installation, which ensures the design intent carries through to execution with no translation loss. Most clients choose design-build for the accountability and seamless coordination.

Regular garden maintenance starts at ₱3,000 per visit for our Essential Care program and ₱5,000 per visit for Complete Care. Actual pricing depends on garden size, plant density, and the level of service you need. Estate Care for larger properties is custom-quoted based on scope.

Most residential gardens do well with visits every 2 to 4 weeks for essential care. Gardens that need to look consistently pristine, such as those in subdivisions with HOA standards, benefit from weekly or bi-weekly Complete Care visits. The right frequency depends on your plant types, garden size, and how much care you handle between visits.

Every Essential Care visit includes pruning and shaping, quarterly fertilization, pest and disease monitoring, weed management, irrigation checks, and general cleanup. Complete Care adds lawn mowing and edging, color accent rotation, mulch replenishment, minor plant replacements, and detailed reporting after each visit.

Yes. We offer one-time garden cleanup for neglected or overgrown gardens, priced at ₱150 to ₱300 per square meter depending on the condition. We also provide standalone pruning, pest treatment, and fertilization as individual services without requiring a maintenance contract.

Yes. You can upgrade from Essential Care to Complete Care, or adjust your visit frequency as your needs change. Some clients start with weekly visits after a new installation and move to bi-weekly once the garden is established. We are flexible with program adjustments.

The best pool-side plants have minimal leaf drop, non-invasive roots, and no messy flowers or fruit. We commonly use Foxtail Palm, Traveler's Palm, Bird of Paradise, Agave, Dracaena, and Mondo Grass around pools. We avoid heavy shedders, fruit-bearing trees, and species with aggressive root systems that could damage pool structures.

Pool landscaping typically costs ₱5,000 to ₱8,000 per square meter, depending on design complexity, plant sizes, planter and edging materials, and lighting requirements. A typical pool area landscape covering 80 to 150 square meters ranges from ₱400,000 to ₱1,200,000.

They can, if you choose the wrong species. Trees like bamboo (running varieties), ficus, or rubber trees have aggressive root systems that can crack pool walls and lift decking. We select only species with non-invasive root systems and place them at appropriate distances from pool structures.

This typically combines tall palms or clumping bamboo as a backdrop, mid-height Heliconia or Ti Plants as a middle layer, and lower accent plants at the front. We assess the pool's construction, existing drainage, and available planting space to create a design that integrates with what you already have. No need to build a new pool to get a resort-style landscape.

Office plant rental typically ranges from ₱8,000 to ₱35,000 per month depending on the number of plants and level of service. Event rentals start around ₱150 to ₱300 per pot per day.

All office rental packages include scheduled maintenance visits (weekly or bi-weekly). Each visit covers watering, soil moisture checks, pruning, fertilizing, pest inspection, and leaf cleaning. We also rotate plants if certain spots receive uneven light.

We replace it at no additional cost. If a plant is not thriving despite proper care, we swap it for a healthy replacement during our next maintenance visit or sooner if needed.
