01Approach

Gardens Designed for Where You Live

Good landscape design isn’t about copying photos from Pinterest. It’s about creating outdoor spaces that work for your specific property, your climate, and how you actually live.

We design landscapes that look beautiful on day one and get better with time.

02Process

Our Design Process

  1. 01

    Site Assessment

Every project starts with understanding what you have. We assess your property’s conditions: sun exposure throughout the day, soil type and drainage, existing plants worth keeping, views to frame or screen, and microclimates created by buildings or terrain.

  2. 02

    Understanding Your Goals

What do you want from your outdoor space? Entertaining area? Children’s play space? Low-maintenance front yard? Private retreat? Your priorities shape every design decision.

  3. 03

    Concept Development

We develop design concepts that respond to both site conditions and your goals. This isn’t about imposing a style. It’s about finding solutions that work.

  4. 04

    Design Refinement

Initial concepts get your feedback. We refine, adjust, and develop until the design feels right. This is collaborative. Your input matters.

  5. 05

    Final Documentation

Complete plans ready for construction: planting layouts, hardscape details, irrigation schematics, plant lists with quantities and sizes, and installation notes.

05How we deliver

Design Only vs. Design-Build

  • Design Only. We provide complete plans; you hire others to install. Good if you have a trusted contractor or want to DIY portions.
  • Design-Build. We design and install. Ensures design intent carries through to execution. No translation loss between designer and installer.

Most clients choose design-build for the accountability and seamless execution.

08FAQ

Common Questions

How much does landscape design cost in the Philippines?

Landscape design fees typically range from ₱15,000 for small residential projects (under 100 sqm) to ₱120,000+ for large properties (300+ sqm). Design fees generally run 10-15% of the estimated construction cost on smaller projects and a lower share, around 6-8%, on larger builds. For design-build projects, design fees may be partially credited toward construction.

What's included in a landscape design package?

A full design package includes a site analysis report, concept designs, master plan, planting plan with species and quantities, hardscape plan, irrigation plan, and a plant palette with care notes. Select projects also receive 3D visualizations showing how the finished landscape will look.

How long does the design process take?

Most residential landscape designs take 3 to 6 weeks from initial site visit to final documentation. The timeline depends on project complexity, how quickly design decisions are made during the collaborative revision process, and the level of detail required in construction documents.

Do I need a landscape design before construction?

A professional design helps avoid costly mistakes during construction, ensures plant compatibility with your site conditions, and gives you a clear picture of the final result before spending on materials and labor. It also provides accurate material quantities, which prevents both waste and shortages.

What's the difference between design-only and design-build?

Design-only means we provide complete plans and you hire a separate contractor to install. Design-build means we handle both design and installation, which ensures the design intent carries through to execution with no translation loss. Most clients choose design-build for the accountability and seamless coordination.
