Building a Designer's Tropical Garden in Ayala Westgrove Heights
The owners of this home in Ayala Westgrove Heights, Silang, Cavite already had a landscape design in hand. They hired us to build it. The lot sits on a hillside, so the work started with the slope: we graded about 350 sqm of grounds, laid the lawn, sourced and planted everything on the plan, and set 8 tiger boulders, all in about 6 weeks.

Working from someone else's plan
Building a garden from a designer’s drawings is a different job from designing one. The plan sets the plant list, the positions, and the look. Our work is to find specimens at the right size, place them where the drawing says, and make the finished garden match what the owner approved on paper.
Along the way the owners asked for a few changes. We adjusted those details on site and kept the rest true to the design.

Tiger boulders
The design called for 8 tiger boulders set among the planting. They give the garden a natural, grounded look and break up the green.
Natural stone suits the village. Cobblestone is a familiar surface in the estates around Santa Rosa and Silang, where villages use it at entrances and road crossings. It works just as well on a private driveway, and we supply cobblestone pavers for that.
How it turned out
We’re proud of this one. The finished garden looks great, and it matches the design the owners fell for.
After turnover we came back for 2 complimentary maintenance sessions, so the new plants got through their first weeks properly looked after.
